adaptive.run is the sole owner off all intellectual property rights in the content of this site, including, but not limited to: articles, text, photos, illustrations, music, audio and video clips, trademarks, emblems and models.

What personal data we process?

Your personal data that will be processed are as follows: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, billing address.

Principles regarding the data processing

adaptive.run undertakes to comply with the principles of personal data protection (hereinafter referred to as the „Principles”) provided by GDPR to ensure that all data are:

-- processed in a fair, legal and transparent manner;

-- collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes;

-- adequate, relevant and limited in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;

-- correct and up-to-date;

-- retained in a form which does not allow the identification of the subject for longer than it is necessary in relation to the purpose of the processing;

-- processed in accordance with the rights of the subject, in a manner that ensures adequate processing security so that the data is complete, confidential and available.

Legal basis and purposes of the personal data processing

According to article 6 paragraph (1) letter b) of the GDPR, personal data may be processed for the purpose of concluding or executing a contract. In order to be able to offer you our products, we need to process personal data that belongs to you.

Billing processing

adaptive.run will use the information you provide in the Online Learning section, applicable when registering and paying for an online course or training desired, the personal data provided being used exclusively for the purpose of processing your request and for sending you the purchased product’s invoice.

Third-Party Payment Processor

We use a third party payment processor to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third party processor, Paylike, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which may be viewed at here.

Contact form processing

adaptive.run will use the information you provide in the contact section, existing on the site, exclusively for the purpose of processing your request.

Rights of the subjects

According to GDPR, the subjects have the following rights regarding the personal data that adaptive.run processes:
